Rules of the Pension Scheme
All pension schemes have a set of rules that they have drawn up that determine how the Scheme is administered.
This is called the Trust Rules. From time to time the rules may be change to deal with changes in legislation or items the Company and the Trustee have agreed need changing.
So at any one time there may be one main set of rules plus amendment or additions documents.
Every now and then there will be a full reissue of the rules where these changes are amalgamated into one document.
At present we have one main set of rules plus two amendment documents.
